They're out. Just noticed, surprised there's no article out yet... Any opinions on the Athlon II line now that it's all out there in the open?

I think there was an article last week or so. On the Athlon II line though, the x4 looks awfully tempting to me to grab one and overclock to have a budget gaming monster.

The x3s look great due to their high clock, they perform better than the 720 in some tasks

A good board that has a little bit of everything (since Im not sure on what you are using this computer for) is the ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO. AM3, DDR3, and 2 PCIe slots.

I don't know man, if you are going to overclock anyway, I'm not sure I see going with a cheap triple when you can get a quad for 10-20 more, just my 2 cents.

They're some solid performers, come real close to the 720 in most things.

For 87$ it is basically the chip to beat price/performance-wise. Sweet =)
