I dont plan on adding anything else to the build (can't crossfire with this mobo anyway). I'd like to hear form some of the more knowledgeable folks around here before I order. Oh yea, I plan on running the Windows 7 RC until it is actually released.

The card calls for a min. of the 450w but that normally is on the cautious side by most Suppiers, so you should be safe. I would recommend at least a 450w PSU but I think you would be safer with a 500w PSU

edit ^+1 Proximon's combo... I need to type faster & stop getting side tracked in replying so I don't miss new post :)

I run dual 19 inch monitors, nothing fancy.

Thanks for catching that on the card. I guess that answers my question, I'd rather be over their minimum- not just under.

I've learned something else new. I won't plug that PSU then anymore. Since I have lots to learn myself, I'll be holding off on that guide as its appears it could lead some astray. Thx Proximon.

gkay09- i saw that cpu combo and looked up the qvl list on the mobo and that particular model of ram is not listed there. this is going to be my first build, so i was a little wary of that.
