Do i really need a 2nd cooler at low overclocking benchmark

every cpu comes with a cpu cooler.intels coller seems doing a great job at non overclocking environment.so if i want to overclock my i5 2500k do i really need to buy a new cooler to protect my cpu need help.

The stock cooler is pretty much garbage, but if you can manage to keep your temps under 70c at load you should be fine with it.
