I would do a 4870 or GTX 260 until you can get a monitor with a bigger resolution. 1280x1024 isn't worth dropping to much on a card. As for a modular psu it really depends on how clean you want your cable management to turn out. For an Asus motherboard I would go for the P6T Deluxe since you can get it in a combo on newegg. Mobo It's one of the best for overclocking.

As for the SSD, wait for few days...intel has just launched new SSDs, that offer very good value and has very good performance...but currently the sales has been halted for a small BIOS fix...So the sales should resume within few days...They are the 34NM ones and are silver-colored...
As for CPU Cooler, here are a few options...
Scythe Mugen 2
Sunbeam CCTF 120MM + 1366 retention kit
Xig Dark Knight
These have very good performance for the money...
if the combo helps bring the price down on the dominator ram get them, other wise get some better ram for cheaper. OCZ Platinum 1600 ram is faster and is cheaper on newegg as well.

I am not clear as to whether you have purchased the processor yet or not, but it is back on sale right now at Microcenter for $200. Note that it is for in-store pickup only.
