Hi, just bought a kühler h2o 620 few weeks back, but i can't get my i5 2500k to run at 5 ghz 1.400v under 75c. Was wondering if it is possible to cut the line that go's into the water-block, send it to another radiator, then back to the water-block? Will i need another pump?

Solution
Yes, you can do this...many people have. The pump itself is integrated into the waterblock so you could reuse this. However, if you have the budget for a bigger radiator and new pump, you are better off just going with an entirely new loop. It would perform better.
