Hey guys this is my first time building a system and i want to make sure i have all the parts and that they are all compatible. also, i want it to be top of the line or close to it for the next couple years of gaming. What do u guys think?

CF is crossfire, its using 2 graphics cards working together to give you higher frame rates, useful at high resolution and very high detail levels.

Where are you going to be buying from? There are often better deals to be found or combos to be had, though it looks like you are getting the 4 way combo off of newegg.
