I was wondering if i can end system idle processes. When i try to end system idle process in order to see if i can speed up my PC, it says that i have to be careful, because it can cause undesired results and even loss of data. How do i know if this won't affect the function of my pc.

It depends on what the system idle processes are. Some programs that you install will make the system run processes all the time. Some viruses will do the same.

The long answer is you do a detailed analysis of the idle and non-idle processes to determine which programs and drivers are associated with which process. You must ensure, of course, that you cross reference generic processes - such as svchost.exe - to their source programs and drivers because, as your system has already informed you, arbitrarily closing these can and will cause instability. Once you have completed this, you might then make a determination as to what is needed and what is not.

Of course, the short answer is: If you don't already know, the don't mess with it.

If your referring specifically to 'System Idle Process' why would you want to? It is in essence just a timer telling you how many clock cycles are going unused. Stopping it will not make anything go faster.
