How much overclocking can i do

I want to know how much i can overclock my i5 2500k that im getting but still i want it safe nothing to hardcore something that will make it faster for my games

my specs:

i5 2500K
GTX 560ti or 570 (which ever makes the over clocking better and ok for my psu)
Coolit Eco II ALC or Titin fenrir evo extreme heatpipe
TX650 Vs-80 plus
Asus P8Z68-V

Somewhere around 4.5ghz, maybe more if you do a good job optimizing your settings.

You have a pretty high end cooler. If you know what your doing, it's not unrealistic. I know someone that easily got 4.5 with a h70.

if i do the overclocking with GTX 570 on that psu will it be ok

You should be fine with a that Corsair psu. Just do what you can to find the lowest stable voltage setting when you overclock.
