I am curious about linking a spare dual processor computer and use the 2GB of ram on that xp home computer as my swap disk (making a ram disk out of it) and saving my ram on my computer.... is this possible? Probably won't do it... but I am curious if anyone knows if this could be done. I have realized that with my 4gb xp pro system I am starting to hit the swap file and would like not to.... yes I should go 64bit rather than this idea but I am waiting for Windows 7 and more driver and software compatibility in this area.... would this ram swap file idea work?

Found that it cannot be done. Swap file has to be on the same computer as OS. So consider this issue closed..
