OC 955 BE to 965 speeds?

Howdy ya'll, I just built my first rig and was just wondering if I could safely OC my Phenom II 955 BE (3.2GHz) to the stock 3.4 GHz clock of the 965 using the stock AMD cpu heatsink and stock 955 voltage, using AMD's Overdrive program. This is probably a dumb question, but i'm a noobie and just want to be safe. Thanks.

see spec 955Be and 965BE same as just different Speed Clock / multiplier default
    AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE 3.4GHz 2.0GHz 2MB 6MB 140W
    AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE 3.2GHz 2.0GHz 2MB 6MB 125W
