So I'm not sure whether my motherboard or CPU is dead (I know common problem). Here is the deal though, I had the PC running with the original CPU for a little bit, but it did overheat a few times because I believe the fan didn't have the proper contact. Then out of nowhere (after I fixed the fan issue) the video stopped coming on.

I tried resetting the CMOS on that board and still got nothing. Thus, I switched out the motherboards (new motherboard, new video card). I tried booting this system up and low and behold, I get nothing :-/ Again I tried resetting the CMOS and still get nothing.

I can't even get into the CMOS, I flat out get nothing! Shouldn't I at least be able to boot into the CMOS?
