I'm not sure what you have tried but if your GPU has multiple dvi ports on the back I suggest you try plugging your monitor into the other ports and try booting fresh from there. On a previous computer the only port that worked when using just one monitor was the port on the right which was counter-intuitive for me. Give that a shot if you haven't already because I sounds like the rest of the computer is working fine.

well waht i did was take out a RAM, read the manual. check allthe connections, and i only have one dvi so i cant switch it.

Did you get any beeps when you removed the RAM and turned it on?

so do i have to get another special speaker for that?

There's a Speaker cable that comes from most cases and plugs into the mobo. Usually labeled speaker or spkr or something like that.

Usually theres 2 different color ram slots, (I have a black and an orange), try one stick of ram in one color, if that doesn't work, try it in the other.(I literally just had that problem)
