SMPS stop working again and again

My ATX SMPS is not working, When I sort 3 and 4 pin then it works and after powering off it again not work.

Didn't got what you are saying...
Though it looks like you need an upgrade..
Generic ones come for Rs 400 and nicer ones come for Rs1500
