Navigation to the webpage was cancelled webcam yahoo messenger

XP Pro. Yahoo instant messenger webcam window. First time today get double error message, "A network error occurred while connecting to the servier" and navigation to the webpage was cancelled. Using WildBlue satellite from AT&T and for a year have had problems viewing my mother's webcam (also on XP Pro, but with DSL) via YIM, especially between 11am and 11pm. No doubt due to low connection speed, but was surprised to see a different error message today. Had no problem viewing webcams for four years before this problem started a year ago.

Well, if the problem started a year ago, hard telling what software update (Windows or otherwise) could be affecting you. The new msg is on the server side, not your computer, IMO. I would reinstall the WEB Cam and if your original problem appears, look for updated drivers.
