Poor RAID 10 Performance with new Intel 320 SSDs

Hi there,

I have a Supermicro 1022G-URG system that has 4x Intel 320 160GB SSDs configured to use the SP5100 on board RAID.

Problem is:
4k Random Access IOPS: 3,526 // Max Acess Time: 3.424ms // Avg Speed 13.813MB/s

I'm running Windows 2008 and have tried HD Tune, AS SSD, Cyrstal Disk etc.

Any ideas how to improve this? Intel advise 39,500 IOPS

the sp5100 supports raid but AMD does not provide drivers, so whose are you using? You need the SP5100R chipset and I cant find your -URG model to get more info on it.
