Advice for Posting Please

Ok, so i am a total newb in terms of posting screen shots, and even using Prime95. So, i have 2 questions:

1. After i hit PrintScreen, which application should i save it too, and how do i get it uploaded into a viewable page for me to link.

2. After running Prime95, how do i actually get it to show that i have ran it for "x" amount of time?

For pasting the Screen Shot, we usually use Paint and save as a Jpeg File.
And for the second one, you just need to have that window open and keep it running, we can read the time from there..... what time it was started until the time of the Screenshot.
