Are you setting those values yourself?
remember this rule,
Low clock, high multiplier
its better to have it set up as 200Mhz clockspeed times 20 multi than 400Mhz times ten multi,
I would reccomend you read the http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/258573-11-black-edition-overclock-guide-raising-multiplier
thoroughly instead of randomly increasing values when you dont know what c1e is,
Overclockings not a oneclick easy fix, it takes time, patience and at least a modicum of understanding, oh and can get expensive when you throw in cooling options :P
you're not guaranteed that your cores you've unlocked are stable either, be careful
