The computer will not start help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i am building a computer with a asus crosshair mobo with an AMD phanom 2 CPU and the computer is built i try to turn it on and the the fans start and a second later every thing shuts down i have changed the memory as well as power supply and they are not the problem. any thing else would be great. need this help asap

what is the frequency of the RAM and the Processor and the FSB or HTT of the processor?
