lol the only way to make the card "faster" is to overclock but that will give you very slight margin even on high end cards... if your looking to play on higher quality your going to have to look for a new card

It isn't that it's a bad card, Street Fighter 4 is a fairly hard game on cards, that's call. You can overclock it but while your fps will go up your not getting enough power out of it to turning the settings up.

It's in older card with slower speeds, slow memory and less of it. Not a bad card but if you want to start kicking things up in settings in certain games you'll need something with a bit more power.

That's very weird. My current rig is:

Athlon 4000+ X2 overclocked at 2.66GHZ
2 Gig DDR800 Ram
Ati HD3850 256mb/256bit (not overclocked)
Windows 7 64-bit

I'm running my ATI settings at very high quality settings, SF4 maxed out on 1280x720 resolution and I'm not lagging at all. On the SF4 benchmark I get a average framerate of 82fps

That may be, but remember that this is a 3650, not a 3850. 3850 was lower high-end, 3650 was lower mainstream. Just look at the latest hierarchy chart: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-graphics-card,2362-6.html

Hey,

I was just stating that with my 3850 I get more than sufficient amount of fps...the 3650 can't really be that bad of a card but that's just my opinion and thanks for the link...really helping me :)

Looking to upgrade soon...probably going to go with a 4850. In South-Africa Pc equipment is VERY expensive. And Newegg not a option.
