SSD - The Performance Upgrade of the Future
Recently I bought a ATI HD 4830 card. The GPU-z image of card is shown below But the value of shader is not seen. What is the reason? How can I rectify that.? Thanks.
i may be wrong, but i don't think ATi cards display shader values... i know you can't overclock shaders alone... its an Nvidia thing only
ATI cards have the shaders running at the same speed as the rest of the core, unlike Nvidia, which has a separate core clock and shader clock.
So, No problem with in this card.
none at all, enjoy it : )
Is the texture fillrate value allright?
I don't know.
I have a comparable nvidia card i.e. 9800GT and mine is 35.2GT/s Here is a shot http://gpuz.techpowerup.com/09/08/24/459.png (No intentions of scaring you buddy, just comparing)
The product code of my card is "HD-483X-YHFC" But I didn't get any specification from the web for the product.
I saw some GPU-Z pics of 4830 and they were same as yours.
nvidia cards usually have higher fill rates.
Does that affect performance?
Please post the link of that pics.
Mine has 800 shaders as opposed to the regular 640 for most of the 4830's. Rest of the specs are the same as a regular 4830 though.
Just type "HD 4830 GPU-Z" in google images and see them.
