Compatible memory for ASUS Rampage 2 motherboard

Hello

I purchased a 3gig kit of triple channel memory when I first bought the Rampage 2 it doesn't show as 3 gigs in W7 64-Bit. The stuff I bought is Patriot PVT33G 1600ELK (9-9-9-24) I like to drop in 6 gigs but minimum 4 gigs. Does anyone have a recommendation that won't break the bank.

Wait, what do you mean? What showed up when you tried running the computer with your 3G triple-channel kit?

It only shows 2GB of memory and I haven't been able to get it to show the third gig. I've run memtest and tried moving them around in the array but its always 2GB only.

I will admit I'm not confident knowledge wise in this motherboard and haven't changed any settings for the memory.
