giokie.exe error repeats forever...

When starting up system, I get the "windows has detected a
problem, please send a report to microsoft" for the
giokie.exe file. I guess that it keeps trying to find
this file because about every 5 seconds I get another
error message. (If I'm real fast, I can actually launch
other programs inbetween the 5-second messages) How can I
fix this? When I try to end process in the windows task
manager, it doesn't stop it.

First, be sure your antivirus software has the latest definitions and run a
virus scan.

Second check for malware, download, install and run Ad Aware:
