Primary hdd working fine but alone.when i connect slave hdd and try to turn on the computer nothing on screen.any help

Are you setting drives as primary and slave using jumpers?
If you are try setting both to cable select and this should resolve your issue
Else try disconnecting your primary and connecting your slave and see if you get anything
