Striker Formula 2

Hello
I have a striker formula 2 motherboard with an intel qx9770 and 4Gb OCZ 1066Mhz Ram. My computer has been running sluggishly and randomly crashes from time to time. When the crash happens, the PC fails to boot (fails to initalize gfx and post), I have to remove the power for a short period before plugging it back in for the PC to boot properly again.

Is my motherboard failing? I don't believe its my RAM as I only recently changed it and the Processor is just over a year old.

What about the power supply? What do you use now? Can you try another one with your PC? I would assume first it's a power problem before trying to eliminate the motherboard as a cause.
