I have written a small plugin for the email notifier PopTray that will allow
you to send notifications to your TiVo. The plugin acts as a YAC server and
sends notifcations to your TiVo running the YAC client.

The YAC plugin for PopTray can be downloaded from:

The YAC client for TiVo can be downloaded from:
http://sunflowerhead.com/software/yac/
