Phenom II x4 965 OC

How much can I OC my Phenom II using the stock cooler? I can't really afford an aftermarket cooler right now but for later, what's a good cheap aftermarket CPU cooler?

cheap and good cooler is hyper 212+
raise multiplier from bios, voltage CPU smallet [+0.05v], disabled smart Fan CPU

What about the FSB?

black edition for high clock does not require an increase in the FSB too high, sometimes allowed to remain auto. That superiority Black edition unlocked multiplier premises. usually people only overclock the use FSB if a non black edition CPU, so they raise the FSB
