Hello,

I have Internet Explorer 7 installed on Windows XP. I use Proxy Address to access Internet. Whenever, I go to any website it prompts me to enter the User Name and the Password.

I enter the credentials, it doesn't work...Ive checked all the settings in IE. Could you please help?

Use Auto Detect.

Contact whoever is in charge of the proxy server you are using. Using Auto Detect won't get you around the password issue unless you can get online without using the proxy server entry at all.
