I have a Gigabyte ma770t-ud3p mobo, and a GEIL PC3-12800 1600mhz C9 (http://www.geil.com.tw/products/show/id/191)
but cpu-z and other programs showing that the max speed is PC3-10700H (667mhz), I've set it in BIOS to work on 1600mhz , 9-9-9-28 , and cpu-z shows the following under the memmory tab(timings) :

dram freq : 803.7
FSB : DRAM : 1:4
CAS# LAT : 9.0 clocks
RAS TO CAS : 9 clocks
RAS Prech : 9 clocks
Cycle time : 28 clocks
Bank Cycle : 40 clocks
Command R : 2T

BUT under SPD tab (Max Bandwidth) it shows : PC3-10700H (667mhz)

also Everest shows under Memory Speed DDR3-1333 (667 MHz) ,and

@ 666 MHz 9-9-9-24 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) / 33-74-4-10-5-5 (RC-RFC-RRD-WR-WTR-RTP)
@ 592 MHz 8-8-8-22 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) / 30-66-4-9-5-5 (RC-RFC-RRD-WR-WTR-RTP)
@ 444 MHz 6-6-6-16 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) / 22-49-3-7-4-4 (RC-RFC-RRD-WR-WTR-RTP)

and PC wizard...

Is my memmory really working on the settings shown on cpu-z , and how can I make the system support(recognize) the PC3-12800?

I checked on the gigabyte site for the supported memmories, and it says that the version almost identical to mine is supported (http://www.geil.com.tw/products/showSpec/id/138) - it only has C8 instead of C9

I would really appreciate any help...
