What is a Good Inexpensive Power Supply that is compatible and would run a HD4670(AGP Version)?

On the 4670 Spec sheet it says it requires a 400w minimum so I thinking of getting one between 400-500W, also it has to Fit a ATX form Factor and have a 80mm fan.

Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'd go for one with a 120mm fan or so, they're quieter and move a lot more air out of the case.
