Delayed booting

I'm running windows xp on intel pentium d motherboard. recently i changed cmos battery and after some days when i push the power button all LEDs and fans works but no signals are coming to the moniter for 5 minutes. and after some 4 or 5 minutes signel comes and sustem boots up. please reply me

there might be lose connections make sure that everything is tight
