PSU for dual quad xeon- Need fast help ! Already bought the item :/

So I was just ordering PSU for my farm after lil chat with sales team, but once we fin and I order it I noticed from pics/reviews that it does not have 2x4 pin but x6 + x2 which I duno if it will work for Dual Quad Xeon set.

I also got 1 connector(in my hands) which change 4+4 to 8 for CPU but since I got 6+2 Can I still use it for my CPU ? and will CG card power be enought? (I it should be I ges since CG cards now eat 200 W + and CPU only 80~)

uk...can u simplifi it for me? I never paid atention to PSU... soo u saying that I cant use these two 6+2 plugs and use as 8 CPU ? What about other plugs? The molex one and Workstation...?
