You can look at the specs on that page:

It's 500W, 80+% efficiency, 35A on the +12V rail and it's PFC active.

So I want some of the best cards that will run on that power supply. Thanks ^^

nvidia 250/260 or ati 4850/4870 anything higher would be pushing the limit a bit but maybe a 275gtx or 4890 but 500 watt is absolute minimum for 275/4890

OK, those are the cards I was looking at. So in the future there will be more powerful graphics cards that require lower amounts of power like these ones? Or are all the cards just going to be using more power?

And also would these cards be good enough for modern gaming for a couple of years?

well on price the 4870 is good and at the rate games are changing it would work good for bout 2 yrs till you'd have to use medium settings but thats estimates based on a 20'' monitor

if you already purchased the PSU then I would say a GTX 260/275 / HD 4870/4890 but you will eventually hit a wall if you try to use anything more powerfull....

if you have not purchased the PSU then spend a tad more on the if you want it to last you a couple of years w/o upgrading..... for 20 bucks more you can get a 650TX and IMO it is superior to most PSU's in the 650w range.....
