Would this new built system be good for OC?

Hello, I'm going to build this system next week and I was hoping to over clock the CPU to something like 4.7GHz and was wondering if I'm set to go, or whether I would need to change anything.

I think you'd be better off with 2 560ti's and we all know 2 vid cards look cooler then one :)

No HDD or SSD?

The rest looks good though.

I'm planing on two 580's soon, although I was thinking about two 560 ti's. Yeah SSDGB for the OP, and a 1TB Black WD HDD :)

if you have that kind of money, i would upgrade to an i7 2600k. Its only an extra $90 or so, and it will give you a huge boost in your performance. Also, if you are spending that much money on this system, and are wondering about OC'ing, why not going with either the Noctua which is probably one of the best Air Cooling HSF out there, or better yet, Water Cooling Loop? Talk about looking awesome! 2 things to think about, but like slcmike said, your rig will be just fine to OC.
