Help from peolpes who know OC!:D

Hello,my i have an Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 new, and a board ASROCK Socket LGA 775, P43 PRO USB3, INTEL P43+ICH10, 4xDDR3 1600/1333 DCh max 16GB.My board appears to support 1600 frequency without any OC but i want to buy some ram and i wonder that if i buy 1600 freq ram will my intel and motherboard work at that freq???and if yes i have to OC my board or cpu and how should i do it.(ps. i have a video board Gigabyte GeForce GTX 550 1024MB DDR5 OC)Please HELP me with this

The board will recognize the 1600 RAM..Just make sure that XMP(Extended Memory Profile) is enabled in BIOS

thanks man and even if intel haves freq 1333 they will work ok no?
