Ok well im new to building Desktops and this is my first attempt at a configuration, the purpose for this computer is mainly to play World Of Warcraft atm but would like it to be able to play many games that may come out in the near future, any advice on improvements that could be made, whil maintaining around the same price range, give or take. Will be much appreciated! :D  Thanks for the help in advance.

Get a sata dvd burner, swap the OCZ PSU out for an EA650 from antec, its cheaper and about as strong.
Switch the graphics card out for a GTX260 or a 4870 1GB, they will handle that resolution better.

You CANNOT use that processor with that motherboard, so im going to stop at this point and request you use the template about how to ask for new build advice because i have many suggestions and questions and need far more information. But your build needs to be redone basically from the ground up.

Thats fine, i was new once too, use the format shown in here, it answers all of the questions that i have, after that i will help you put together a build that will work

You may also want to read through proximons parts guide, it is well written and quite informative.

We were all new at one point in time, just stick around here for a bit and you will be suprised how much you learn.

Edit: that sata burner is fine, its just IDE cables these days are short.

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: I would say within the Month BUDGET RANGE: 800-1100 USD

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming, World Of Warcraft i would also like to to be able to run games that may come out in the near future :)

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Speakers arent required since i useally use a Headset, and i dont need a top of the line keyboard or mouse, just something that works.

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: for the most part, if needed

PARTS PREFERENCES: What ever works best and fits the budget im not picky, just would like to see alot better fps and graphics in my games than i am currently.

OVERCLOCKING: Yes / No / (Maybe) SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Yes / No / (Maybe)

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1680 x 1050 for the current monitor that im looking at , this is not perminent.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Do not need any operating System, i can supply that. Any case that works for the recommended build will do, like i said im Open and will not be picky :)

Hope this Servey answers some of your questions? =)

I would suggest sticking with the 790GX board so that in the future when you need more graphics power you can just drop a second one in for crossfire. It costs a little more but i generally consider expandability worth it.

Point but dun see how a multi GPU option is useful nor needed for 1680 x 1050 ^^ Or i could top up for a HD4890....
