Need Help with choosing the right Mobo

Hey guys!

Im building my own Pc an i7 build to be exact and i've just about picked every part but cant seem to decide which Motherboard and RAM to go along with it. I just know i want 6gb 3x2gb ram and the mobo with triple channel. Im hoping to overclock it too since its gonna be gaming pc.

My Budget limit is about $1300 before MiR I just need the perfect Mobo and Ram to fit this builds need.

Also! if i must i will downgrade the 5870 to a 5850 and ill have an extra $100 to spend on the Mobo and Ram.

2. Mobo - This would be a good option...
GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R - SATA 3.0, USB 3.0, 3x USB power
This board can also overclock the 920 without any issues...

I already have a keyboard, mouse, and a 1tb Hitachi Deskstar HDD

But for the monitor im wondering if this is a good one. i mean the price to me seems real good for this monitor.

^ That monitor is a good one for that price...And its reviews also seem to be good...

And as for Open box items, its a hit or miss...But you get no cables, no CD, and NO BACKPLATE...IMO buying a retail is better...
