Building my first PC. I cant decide whether to get a 6850 or 6870.

My budget is $170 (excluding taxes)

Heres what i have so far.

Sapphire 6870 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?cm_mmc=BAC-TomshardwareSBM-_-SystemBuilderEditorial-_-NA-_-NA&item=N82E16814102948&IsFeedbackTab=True&nm_mc=ExtBanner
*Not sure about the Sapphire brand tho which is making me think if i should get the XFX but the ones they have in my price range is a 6850.

XFX:

not sure which of these 6850s is the best...

and here is my build:
Cooler Master Elite 430
Pentium i5 2400 (not gonna overclock so don't need 2500k)
Corsair GS600 Watts
G Skill 1333 2 4GB sticks(will shell out for better ram in future)
Dont have a motherboard yet =p

and last question:
Since i have the i5 2400 and dont plan on OC should i invest a little on a cooler master hyper 212 plus or am i fine with stock fan? Im thinking i should just get the hyper 212 so my computer would run more smoothly and at low temps.

Solution
The more expensive card is clocked a little higher that's why it cost more. For around 20 more, I would go with the 6870, but it's your money.

If you're not going to overclock the stock fan is fine. Just take your time and make sure all the pins are fastened correctly. I would recommend doing this before putting it in the case.
