But any good Dual core will be gr8.

If you can afford then Q9400 Is a good quad core CPU that your Mobo supports.
Max you can get is a Q9550.

Or if you want a dual core then E8400-E7400 will be good.

BTW which CPU you have now?
And what's your Budget to upgrade?
