LF help gigabyte board, 2600k

I have a Gigabyte z68x-ud3h-b3 board with a 2600k, 16gb ddr3, dual 6950s, and 850w cooler master power . Was wondering if anyone has optimal setting for this type of setup. been messing around and can get aything to work decent. pluggin away at 4.5ghz.\thansk
