OCZ Vertex SSD RAID 0 degraded Win 7 64-bit (P5N-E SLI)

Motherboard is Asus P5N-E SLI
It's giving in RAID 0 130-150MB/s when in P5B single SSD is giving 213Mb/s. JMicron upgraded, BIOS latest, nForce drivers latest.. AS Cleaner 0.5 driven.. HD Tune gives seriously degraded values. RAID created through BIOS with ACHI on. Only one Geforce 8400 in PCIe
