I have a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS pro.The lights on the eternal I/O hub have stopped working,there is no sound from the ear phones, and the volume control does on it does not work.There is sound from the speakers and the volume can be controlled from the power touch wired remote control and PC.No volume visible control indication shows on the PC.Please help
