The driveis not ready for use ;its door may be open please check drive and make

How can i fix that problem? everytime this pop up on my screen asking me to close drive A door. is it relating to the Hard disc Drive or other technical problem? if my hard disc is not connected i would not have access to go into the wndows.

Please if there is anything i can do to solve my problem?? looking foward too..
