I am planning to sell my laptop computer which has Windows Vista Home Premium installed on it. I would like to SCRUB all my data which resides on dual NRAID hard drives. How do I accomplish this task?

you can download dban (darik's boot and nuke) and run a couple passes of it. Make sure you have any data you want backed up, as this permanently deletes it. Don't be worried if it takes a while, and make sure your laptop is plugged in.
