Buying new DDR2 ram - 4GB - Which to buy..

I just bought a new system and need to buy some new ram. I'm planning on buying 4GB of DDR2.

My question is this: Basically, is it worth ~$20 for the faster ram and better(?) name brand. For example, the two linked below.

$92.99 G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit
$75.00 WINTEC AMPX 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit

I do both office and gaming stuff, but I'm not going to be trying to run new games at 1900x1200 or anything ;)

- feel free to suggest others as well, I just picked two cheaper ones for each speed.

BTW: my motherboard is: GIGABYTE GA-MA785GM-US2H AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 785G if that helps.

^ If you will be overclocking the CPU, then go with that GSkillz...else that Wintec would do the job fine...
