Hello everyone,

I finally got my internet setup today and had connected the cord to my computer. The internet was working fine for about 15 minutes, when BAM! it stopped working.

Before it stopped working, I noticed the adapter on the system tray say that the connection went from 100mbps to 1gbps. Then it stopped working.

So, I rebooted my computer thinking something just went wrong, and now my network adapter is missing entirely. I've followed this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/825826#Method1 and everything seems to check out. Yet my internet still does not work (nor do I have a network adapter in device manager, or any network connections).

If you have any suggestions or tips, I would love to hear them. I've already tried reinstalling the drivers for the network adapter and it says it can't detect the hardware now.

Thanks in advance.
