How to change text size in windows task manager winxp

Trying to get to resetting my winxp pro text size in some of the windows system paynes.
I have changed the winword, I have changed the display catagories. Still no help. I get a faint font that is hard to read in the text of task manager and other display paynes.
Help.
Would really like a nice visual display with the controlling locations of fonts.

Yes I've been thorough this many times.
It's just one of those things that can drive you batty when you know a little about display.
I have task manager open and as I look I see arial narrow 10pt bold heading, Menu at 12pt Arial narrow, status bar showing 14pt Arial narrow(as a test) and the field view of processes text is a faintish ? 10 pt non bolded maybe arial.
I have set MS word to 12pt narrow arial.
What I need to find is the regedit location of the specific file or it's controller.
I have gone in and changed ? got to think where it is Ahh here it is.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes

In the right pane, change the Font Name for: MS Shell Dlg and MS Shell
Dlg2.
Then right click the Desktop/Properties/Appearance/Advanced/
Icon and set the same Font Name there. Ok your way out, then reboot
I know someone more talented then me can get me to the magic place.
I know there is a controller but have yet to find it and I have been trying for a while.
I use opera for my browser and it is highly controllable.
