Hello,

This is my first questions/post of many to come.

I have a Netgear Rangemax WNR3500 and WNDR3300. I am trying to set up a WDS. I have setup the 3500 as the base station and the 3300 as the repeater. Here is what I've done so far from memory(at work writing this).

3500 Settings:

SSID: Spiderpig
Channel: 6,10
Mode: up to 300Mbps
Security: WEP
Authentication: Automatic
Encryption Strength: 64bit

Wireless Repeating Function
Assuming IP address is 192.168.1.
Enable Wireless Repeating Function-Checked
Wireless Base Station-Checked
Repeater MAC Address entered

3300 Settings:

SSID: Spiderpig
11N Channel: 6/2.437GHz
Security: WEP base station password entered
Authentication: Automatic
Encryption Strength: 64bit

Wireless Repeating Function
Wireless Repeater-Checked
Repeater IP address-192-168.1.99
Base Station MAC Address entered-I have set the Base Station Routers MAC to the computers do I use that or the actual MAC of the router

After doing all this nothing happens. The 3300 will not connect. What am I doing wrong?
