When the new cards come out soon i will probs be buying one. I have SLi board so will i be able to use one of the 8800's i already have as a dedicated physx processor and how would i go about doing it??

Also am i likely to find problems using an old nvidia 590i chipset (mobo is m2n32 SLi Deluxe) and PCIe x16 slots witht the new cards?

Not unless you got one of the x2s. You plug the new card into the primary spot, and the 8800 in the second. If your using Vista, make sure both cards use the same driver. I'm not sure what happens from there, you might need to change things in the control panel. I believe its mostly automatic.
