Ships at $826, so just over the budget. Can anyone help me do better? I would also like reliable parts, but for most manufacturers I don't know who is considered the best. Thank you!

The build looks pretty good, but the RAM you picked is a triple channel kit designed for the Intel i7 CPU's. It's best to use either 2 or 4 sticks of RAM with the current AMD CPU's since they use a dual-channel RAM controller. Here's a couple options:

OCZ Flex EX 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Ehanced Bandwidth Desktop Memory Model OCZ3FXE1600EB4GK - Retail $89.99

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL7D-4GBPI - Retail $74.99

The 650TX is a nice PSU, but doesn't really have the power or connectors to run 2 4890's in crossfire. If you think you want to leave the option of crossfire open, I would upgrade to the 750TX.

CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Retail $119.99 - $20 MIR

If you're not worried about leaving the option of crossfire open you could save some money by going with the EA650 if you need to get the price down.

Antec EarthWatts EA650 650W Continuous Power ATX12V Ver.2.2 / EPS12V version 2.91 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Retail $79.99
