Sorry for my noobie questions but I have never overclocked before. I have my 965 at a 19x multiplier (3.8ghz from 3.4) with voltage set to auto and its now idling around 50c up from 40c. When I ran Intel Burner after about a minute it got up to 75 so I turned it off. I wondering is that too high?

max temps is 62. so i would assume that 75c is to high. It seems like you need better cooling, idle temp seems a bit to high, after overclock.

Hi.
If you are using the stock cooler I suggest you set the CPU at stock clock, the stock cooler is a very bad cooler. Get a better cooler like Hyper 212+ for have better temps and better overclock and try to won't go above 55ºC on load
